We offer an exchange on items up to fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase for an alternative product or a six (6) month store credit if the item is unused, with the original tags still attached and proof of purchase can be provided.
There is no return or exchange on sale items.
The return items are your responsibility until they reach our nominated address, so ensure it’s packed securely or use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are posting. Postage costs will need to be covered by the customer.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
Should you for any reason believe you have received a garment with a fault you will need to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. Our team will assess the item and determine approval for return. For any fault to be considered all original tags must in place and the garment must be in original condition, including and not limited to free from make up stains, perfumes and oils.
